Start with oysters or a fish soup. Then grilled prawns on a hot plate, salmon steak with dill, or the seafood risotto. The sharing platters also carry briouates.

The beef comes out of our own aging cabinet: fillet, ribeye and rib of beef. If you prefer lamb, there is a braised shank.
